Two-part flexible cementitious slurry — breathable, bondable under tiles and screeds, ideal for wet areas and tanks.
Bina Flexseal 2000 is a two-component flexible polymer-modified cementitious coating designed to seal the micro-porous capillaries in concrete. It forms a breathable membrane — letting water vapour escape while staying impermeable to water — with excellent adhesion to the substrate. Because it is cementitious and bondable, it can be tiled or screeded over, making it the standard choice for bathrooms, wet areas, water tanks and basements (applied to the positive, water-facing side).
Best for:

Ensure concrete is sound and clean; repair cracks/porous areas with Bina N.S. Grout.
Pre-soak the surface with water (no ponding) and apply SBR latex as a primer coat.
Mix part A and part B to a homogeneous, lump-free slurry — do NOT add water.
Apply 1 kg/m² first coat (brush, rubbed in); after ~8 hr apply a second 1 kg/m² coat in cross direction.
