Bina Multiproof 5000
Bina Multiproof 5000 is a water-based, single-component elastomeric waterproofing coating based on high-performance acrylic polymers. It forms a flexible, seamless membrane that bridges hairline cracks and moves with the structure, while reflecting heat and protecting concrete from carbonation and spalling. Cold-applied by brush, roller or spray, it is the practical choice for exposed roofs, gutters and metal surfaces — and is fully recoatable when it is time to refresh.

Application method
01
Clean the surface — dry and free of dirt, grease, oil and laitance.
02
Apply a priming coat diluted with 20% water by brush, roller or spray.
03
Apply a minimum of two coats at ~1.0 kg/m² per coat; reinforce cracks with glass-fibre mat between coats.
04
Allow 12 hours between coats and 48 hours final cure before further works.
