Bina Plug 4000
Bina Plug 4000 is a chloride-free, ready-to-use hydraulic powder that, mixed with water, sets in seconds into a strong permanent plug with remarkable water-stopping power. It is the first-aid product of the waterproofing range — used to stop active running leaks in concrete and masonry before a membrane system is applied — with good adhesion, no shrinkage and no corrosion of embedded steel.

Application method
01
Cut the concrete/substrate into a "V" shape around the leaking point and clean off loose particles.

Mix Bina Plug 4000 with water (0.3 : 1) in small batches.
03
Press the fresh mix into the "V" cut, working from outside toward the centre of the leak; hold and strike flush.
04
For very high pressure, set a wooden plug first, then cover and secure with Bina Plug 4000.
