High-strength penetrating cementitious slurry that seals concrete capillaries — also a thin-layer honeycomb repair.
Binaseal 1000 is a two-component cementitious slurry formulated with synthetic resins and a polymeric micro-compound that penetrates the micro-capillaries in concrete. It develops high compressive strength (52 N/mm² at 28 days) and very low permeability, and doubles as a thin-layer repair mortar for concrete honeycomb. It is the rigid, high-strength counterpart to Flexseal 2000 — well suited to reservoirs, water tanks and structural surfaces where strength and a hard-wearing seal matter most.
Best for:

Mix part A and B to a homogeneous blend with a power stirrer.
Pre-soak the surface (no ponding) and prime with Binaseal 1000 diluted 10–20% water.
Apply 2 kg/m² over 2 coats (3 coats for reservoirs & water tanks) in a criss-cross pattern; overcoat after ~24 hr.
Cure for 36 hours before backfilling or applying any further coatings.
