Common questions
What surface can EF 6200 go on?
Steel and concrete. Steel is primed first; concrete is mechanically prepared and primed before coating. Over concrete, the first coat is worked in well for penetration.
How many coats?
Typically 1–3 coats at 50–80 microns dry film each, depending on the finish and protection required. Full chemical cure takes about 6–7 days.
What colours?
The datasheet finish is high-gloss green; confirm current colour options with our team for your project.
Epoxy or PU on top?
Epoxy EF 6200 for gloss, chemical and immersion duty indoors; choose PU 7600 where you need UV colour-stability or a non-skid satin finish.
