Bina Gard EM6304 is a three-component, solvent-free epoxy mortar laid 3–10 mm thick — a tough, impact-resistant body and moisture barrier for the heaviest industrial traffic, then sealed with a topcoat.
Forklift- and impact-resistant build for the heaviest traffic.
Tough, chemical-resistant body under a sealed topcoat.
Levels and rebuilds worn slabs into a durable surface.

3–10 mm of solvent-free epoxy mortar for impact and heavy traffic.
Designed to resist osmotic moisture from the slab below.
Once sealed with a topcoat, it cleans easily with no joints.
Laid over Bina primer and finished with Bina scratch coat + topcoat.
Bina Gard EM6304 is laid from 3 mm up to 10 mm depending on the traffic and how much the slab needs rebuilding.
Yes — the mortar is not UV colour-stable on its own. It is sealed with a scratch coat and an epoxy or PU topcoat for the finished surface.
A sound concrete substrate of at least 25 N/mm² compressive and ≥1.5 N/mm² pull-off, mechanically prepared and primed first.
Warehouses, chemical plants, manufacturing and car parks — anywhere the floor takes heavy impact, traffic or chemical load.
