Remove all the loose paints by using gross brush or high pressure waterjet and ensure that surfaces are free from contaminations and oil stains prior to painting work in order to have higher and maximum performance. Do not apply paint on wet walls or when raining. For new cement surfaces, ensure that the surfaces are thoroughly dry before painting.
